If you are unhappy with your products when they arrive for any reason please pack them in the original box with a note requesting an exchange or return and send them to the address below. The note will allow for quickest processing. Please also email tracking information to customerservice@thornandfire.com. Returns are accepted on new, unused items with original paperwork. Returns are not accepted on custom-made items. You have 30 days from when you receive the item to the date of the postmark of the return. Thank you.
